Cove Ledge started long before Keith and Annette Bienkowski had their first date. It was long before they discovered their shared passion for wine and adventures across the globe — a perpetual search for fermented grapes coaxed into bottles and aged to perfection that would mark celebrations, intimate dinners, and lazy summer afternoons. 

It was during their travels that their life’s mission was coming into focus; a desire to build and nurture community through their experiences, and to share their love and passion for wine with family, friends, and neighbors.

Keith and Annette have been the proud owners of Cove Ledge Beer, Wine and Spirits since 2015. They both hold credentials with the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, an internationally-recognized organization and one of the world’s leading providers of wine education. Keith has also earned the Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) credential from the Society of Wine Educators. Their thirst for knowledge continues as they work toward becoming sommeliers.

With the opening of their Stonington Borough flagship store, Keith and Annette are fulfilling a life-long dream. The beautiful new space is perfect for the unique tasting experiences, educational opportunities, and inclusive, community events they have long envisioned. Their hope is that the new Cove Ledge will become a destination, and you will join them on their journey.
